Each year, Show Your Auto llc takes the time to help a charity raise money and spread awareness.
We chose Brakes for Brett, an Illinois based charity, because Brett's story is one we can all relate to. Each of us have done or know someone who has taken a hazardous risk with an automobile.
Countless kids like Brett have died seeking thrills on public streets. We see this as an opportunity to show young adults who have a passion for automobiles the safe and appropriate way go fast.
We plan to field a car and solicit pledges for several events this season.
The first is the Grass Roots Motor Sports $2005 Challenge, taking place in Gainesville, FL March 31st to April 2nd. This is a fitting place to begin spreading awareness and raising money, and create a postitive example.

Their mission:
Brakes for Brett is a not-for-profit corporation dedicated to educating young adults of the danger of driving too fast and to encouraging all adults to become organ donors.
Activities:
We will help identify dangerous streets and roads that young adults use for speeding in order to find the way to make these streets and roads safer to drive on.
We will provide peer speakers to young adult groups or to schools.
We will encourage all those people who have suffered similar losses to find help in their grief through communication and counseling.
